Website design and development for SMEs that need a fast, editable, conversion-focused website with CMS, SEO foundations, analytics, and performance built in from the start.
[02 - The build problem]
A website launch should not leave the important parts for later.
Many websites are built as a visual project first. Then CMS editing, SEO, analytics, forms, speed, and conversion flow are patched in after launch. That is how simple websites become hard to update, slow to improve, and expensive to maintain.
01
Template lock-in
The site launches quickly but becomes hard to extend, edit, or adapt as the business grows.
02
CMS editing is fragile
Content updates depend on developers or page builders that make it easy to break layouts.
03
SEO is added too late
Metadata, headings, page structure, internal links, and sitemap basics are treated as afterthoughts.
04
Performance is not part of the brief
The site looks finished, but heavy assets, poor frontend choices, or weak architecture slow it down.
[03 - How we build]
Design, content structure, CMS, and frontend are planned together.
We build websites around the way the business needs to publish, sell, and improve. That means planning page types, conversion paths, content models, reusable components, SEO fields, forms, analytics, and performance before implementation starts.
[04 - Outcome]
A CMS website that is easier to manage and easier to improve.
You get a fast, editable website with clear page structure, CMS workflows, SEO foundations, analytics readiness, and conversion-aware design from the start.
The website is built as a practical business system, not just a finished design file or a fragile template.
What this covers from your pricing
This is the service behind the Starter Website and Custom Website offers. Starter Website is for SMEs that need a proper CMS website without unnecessary custom complexity. Custom Website is for teams that need stronger design control, flexible CMS structure, and page layouts shaped around the business.
The work can include homepage and core page design, service pages, CMS setup, lead forms, WhatsApp CTAs, GA4, Google Search Console, SEO foundations, performance checks, and a cleaner editing workflow for the team.
Why we use Next.js, React, and Payload CMS
React and Next.js give the website a modern frontend foundation: fast pages, flexible routing, reusable components, image optimization, strong metadata support, and room for custom workflows when the site grows beyond a brochure.
Payload CMS gives the editing side structure. Instead of forcing every page into a visual page builder, we can create clean content models for services, projects, blogs, forms, products, media, SEO fields, and custom workflows. Your team gets an admin panel that matches the website instead of fighting a generic template system.
Why we do not default to WordPress
WordPress can be useful for some sites, but many SME websites end up depending on a chain of plugins for forms, SEO, page building, security, custom fields, caching, ecommerce, and performance. That plugin stack can become fragile over time: updates conflict, pages slow down, editing gets messy, and small changes become harder to reason about.
We prefer a custom CMS-backed build when the website needs cleaner structure, better performance control, fewer plugin dependencies, and a stronger path for future workflows. The goal is not to be anti-WordPress. The goal is to avoid building a business-critical website on layers of workarounds when a cleaner architecture is practical.
When this is the right offer
Choose this when you need a new website, a better CMS, stronger service pages, or a more reliable foundation for search, lead generation, and future improvements. If your current site is fundamentally sound, a website optimization sprint may be enough. If the foundation keeps blocking progress, a rebuild is cleaner.
